Is Therapy right for me
We all have parts of ourselves that we may choose to ignore or try to forget and it’s those parts that we most need to come to terms with in order to grow. Therapy can provide a fresh perspective on a challenging problem, time to reflect and help with having a positive well-being. When committing to therapy it will either be short term (a few sessions) or long term (months). You may find that the issue which initially brought you to therapy opens up into a broader self-exploration. Therapy is a collaborative process and on this journey together, we will work towards a deep understanding of your experience and look at the situation from different perspective. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and I’m committed to helping you make a positive difference.
